ClinOpsWord is a secure, browser-based platform that audits Microsoft Word clinical trial documents (protocols, CSRs) against FDA, EMA, and ICH E6 requirements. Document parsing and analysis run locally in your browser sandbox; your documents are not transmitted to our servers for analysis.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of the plan you select. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Interfere with the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

lalico retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights in the documents and content you process with the Service; you grant us only the limited license needed to host and process that content to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing frequency unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

ClinOpsWord provides automated document-integrity checks as an aid to clinical operations teams. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional regulatory, legal, or quality review. You are responsible for verifying all results before any regulatory submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which lalico is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
