We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team via ClinOpsWord.com and we will assist you.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation and refund handling are also governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
